T-Charts

A t-chart is an excellent graphic organizer for examining two parts of a topic.  In this example, the topic is "Should I become a singer?"  The two parts are + good reasons and - for bad reasons.  A t-chart can also be used for organizing problems/solutions or facts/opinions or even main idea/examples.

How else could a t-chart be used?

How does the t-chart get its name?
